I didn’t bake this year for the holidays like I usually do so instead I thought it would be fun to give the little kiddos in our family little tubs of Play-doh and I’ve always wanted to create these little backer cards that I see all over the internet.
Hope you all have been enjoying the holiday season!
I’m all for custom (non-candy) Valentine cards. This year I decided to incorporate a cute bookmark into Jackson’s class Valentine cards since they are all starting to learn to read.
I think these would make for great party favors as well for any book lover’s birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower or even for a wedding.
I had a lot of sidewalk chalk leftover from Davis’ 1st birthday party so I decided to incorporate them into Jackson’s school Valentine’s this year.
I hope the kiddos enjoy the chalk. I always feel like it’s a nice change from receiving candy or chocolates. Especially when we’ve been consuming so much of that since Halloween.
I don’t know about you, but I feel like our house has been consumed with candy and sweets since Halloween. So with Valentine’s being today, I wanted to share a cute and fun savory Valentine idea I put together for my son’s class.
I used mini microwavable popcorn and wrapped each one with a cute little greeting and bakers twine.
Hope you all had a sweet (& savory) Valentine’s Day! xo

Wishing all you mamas out there a very special and Happy Mother’s Day!
Custom design Simplewear Mommy and Me tank top and baby onesie gift set.
Especially to all of you celebrating your 1st Mother’s Day. Discovering motherhood is hard enough in normal times, throw in a pandemic and you basically have serious bragging rights for the rest of your life. 😂
Making the most of our current situation and created a fun (and super appropriate) Mother’s Day quarantine style card for all the special mamas in Jackson Danny’s (and my) life.
Front: Wishing you Happy Mother’s Day from 6 feet away!
Inside: Looking forward to the days when we can hug and kiss each other again. xo
And to the little being that made me a mother… THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU.
