Winter Woodland Themed Baby Shower

I can’t believe in just 2 short months, our baby boy will be arriving!

Although the nursery is far from done, it’s clear to see that Baby Jackson Danny is already loved and spoiled by so many.  Starting with a Winter Woodland themed baby shower my sister threw me earlier this month, complete with a chili bar, hot cocoa bar, and a ridiculously delicious dessert bar.  Family and friends gathered and showered me and Jackson with so much love, gifts and diapers!  🙂

I highly recommend having a diaper raffle!  We got so many diapers ranging in size from newborn to stage 4.  It’s one less expense for us to worry about as new parents.WinterWoodlandBabyShower_image8

Doooooooonuuuuuts!!!

My favorite, hands down, were the Blueberry Glaze and the Peanut Butter & Jelly donuts.  Yum!

All desserts, including the amazing vanilla cake with berries, was homemade by my sister.  And yes, the cake tasted exactly the way it looks!  Amazingly delicious!WinterWoodlandBabyShower_image14

The lucky winner got to take home a prize as well as the jar of 314 gummy bears.WinterWoodlandBabyShower_image15

I love the idea of a creative activity to entertain guests with.  It’s a nice change to the over played baby shower games.  After the blocks were decorated, we put them all in a bag and I randomly drew a block for a winning prize.

Stacy & Michael’s Lil’ Monkey Turns 1

Stacy & Michael’s lil’ monkey turned 1. So it made sense to have a monkey themed birthday party to celebrate the little guy’s milestone.  Here’s a peek into the invitation design and matching thank you notes.

Both invitation and thank you note is a flat card, printed full color on both sides, paired with fun, cheerful yellow envelopes.

Rustic Chic Bridal Shower Invitations

Here is a rustic chic bridal shower invitation I recently worked on. The color palette was inspired by the bride’s favorite color, purple.  The burlap ribbon was a last minute add on to give the invite that extra little rustic touch.

Kraft paper labels were used to wrap around soft lavender envelopes, which was a nice contrast to the darker purples used on the invite.

Custom Purse Invitations for Veggani’s Launch Party

The purse invitation I designed for Miya’s 6th Birthday is the same template used for Veggani’s Launch Party invitations.  To create a more adult like and classy design I swapped out the white ribbon & button for black and used a light grey snakeskin pattern in place of the pink polka dots & stripes.  I added a tassel to the design of the invitation as well since every purse and clutch in the 2016 Fall/Winter Collection incorporates a tassel or two.
