mind’s eye design studio and i recently worked on a website revamp for aprilkawaoka.com.  we went for a clean and minimal website layout to showcase her amazing artwork and designs.

i think postcard flyers still make for great marketing collateral.  postcard flyers are easy, affordable, tangible ads.  whether you’re a new business trying to gain clients or an established business promoting a new service.  when done correctly, flyers should be able to speak for themselves.

postcard flyers also make for great notecards, which is what i’ve created for myself.  i usually include a little note of thanks with my Etsy orders so these work perfectly for me.  i get to say thanks and at the same time let my customers know about the my 2 Etsy shops, along with the different ways they can stay connected with me.

jacqueline + matthew : just love wedding invitations

from the unique accordion folded invite to the shimmering metallic paper used on this entire wedding stationery suite, jacqueline and matthew’s wedding invitions are definitely a show stopper.  with the delicate touches of blush pink and the simple but elegant use of lines, i was able to capture the theme of their wedding, “just love.”

a beautiful quote by Pedro Arrupe, S. J. was included within the invite and on the bookmarks:

“Fall in love, stay in love, and it will decide everything.”

thank you notes and a bookmark, to be placed at each guest’s place setting for the wedding reception, completed the set.

styling by eden

eden was the marketing director of a swim company i freelance for.  i was lucky enough to work along side eden for over 8 years on all their marketing collateral.  every year i looked forward to seeing what amazing ideas eden had up her sleeves.  from her everyday fashion sense to her styling techniques, i was always blown away by her ideas and seeing them come to life is pretty amazing.  recently, eden decided to pursue her dreams of becoming a full time styling consultant and following her passion of helping others through her styling for a cause. i was honored to help eden bring her ideas to life and help her promote styling by eden.
