Shanna Mendiola, Meteorologist for NBC Los Angeles featured one of my instagram photos today on her social media accounts. Besides the beautiful blooming Jacaranda trees in the photo, you’ll also notice Tee & Bumble Bee nestled right in the middle. 🙂
Alongside Mind’s Eye Design Studio, I recently finished and launched a new site for Birthing Natural Parents. The proud owner of this new business and website is Yvonne Toussaint. Through her new website, Yvonne offers support and information regarding her natural approach to pregnancy, parenting, birthing and breastfeeding. Take a stroll onto BirthingNaturalParents.com to learn more about Yvonne and what she has to offer.
Promotional flyers were also created using the same look and feel of the website. A long horizontal size flyer, 9″ x 4″, was a perfect match to the main header image and stands out next to your typical 6″ x 4″ size flyer.
*All the illustrations shown above and on the NaturalBirthingParents.com website is by the talented, Mark Ceb.
the whole wedding was very personal to us. from the person we chose to officiate the ceremony, down to the font chosen for the wedding invite. it was also really important that we incorporated each of our crafts into the wedding. you all know when it came to the stationery items, that was all me. well, something that is very tee, is vinyl decals. tee has an Etsy shop, Put’em in the Wall, dedicated to selling his vinyl decal designs. so for his craft, we showcased it in the form of a fun vinyl decal application on an old window pane for our guest seating chart.
here are a few shots of some of the wedding details… (and even more desk embossing fun!!!)
a big thank you to my Uncle Wil for helping apply the vinyl decal onto this window pane in the very difficult humid Costa Rica weather! you really were “MacGyver” that day!
name change ALERT!!! 🙂

i knew that my letterpress budget was maxed out when we did the invitations, so i decided to invest in a custom desk embosser for our ina+tee logo for all our other stationery needs.
i used the leftover paper from the invitations and embossed each one for our thank you note cards.
they also made for the perfect size notecard to write our vows on.
i have to admit, when i first got the custom desk embosser i had to fight every urge in me to emboss every flat piece of paper in sight.
you’ll see the use of the custom desk embosser on other various items for the wedding on the next few blog posts.
many mansions is celebrating their 35th anniversary this year and i had the pleasure of designing their save the date and invitation for their special gala event with solo graphics. we incorporated a silver foil accent of their anniversary logo for each piece to give it that “little bit of something special” and tied the two pieces together with the beautiful blue speckled paper used on the save the date and the wrap on the invitation.
